SINOLIME MACHINERY offers complete solutions for hydrated lime plant, with capacity 5 tph to 30 tph.
The hydration process consists in an exotherm reaction between lime and water. The process is performed through a three-stage hydrator:
Stage I: Reaction chamber.
Stage II: Mixing chamber.
Stage III: Seasoning chamber.
Dosing of water and quicklime to the hydrator is accurately controlled by a screw conveyor and water pump at variable speed controlled by inverters.
The product discharged from the hydrator is classified by air classification system in order to obtain the desired fineness.
